1. Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Damaged / Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or unboxing video
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be sent to your original payment method
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
