1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible:
    • Item must be unused and in original condition
    • Must include original packaging
    • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

3. Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or unboxing video
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
